SoluForce Light: L450/L540 (ST)

An economic flexible solution for low to medium pressure fluid transportation.

SoluForce has developed a spoolable Reinforced Thermoplastic industrial Piping system (RTP, also known as FCP) for hydrogen applications. The SoluForce FCP has been certified for hydrogen applications up to 42 bar of operating pressure. Unique in the world of hydrogen transport and a global first. With a significantly lower CO2 eq. footprint compared to alternatives, this ready to use pipeline solution has a major impact on the feasibility of (green) hydrogen and a sustainable energy mix.

SoluForce Light is reinforced with synthetic fibre tape. The complete system, including fittings, is fully metal free, making it ideal for the toughest and highly corrosive applications. SoluForce Light has all the same properties as SoluForce Classic, at lower pressures. 

Because the SoluForce Light system is completely non-metallic, including the fitting system, they offer the ultimate and most economic scaling- and corrosion-free solution. Moreover, their resistance to third party interference, earthquakes and landslides has been extensively proven and verified.

The SoluForce Light Gas Tight (GT) pipe is designed with the needs of chemical transportation in mind. The SoluForce Light GT has the same specifications as the Light, but also contains an aluminium barrier layer to completely stop the permeation of hazardous and toxic components like BTX and H2S.

For higher operating pressures and temperatures the SoluForce Classic and Heavy solutions might be more suitable.
