SoluForce Electrofusion Fittings

 The non-metallic fittings and connectors used with the SoluForce Light, Classic and Heavy systems rely on electrofusion. This fitting solution can be used at pressures of up to 125 bar/ 1813 psi. The Electrofusion fitting system requires only limited equipment and crew to create a safe connection. All electrofusion fittings are non-metallic and completely corrosion free. Installation is quick and they are proven to be maintenance-free and durable. Contact us for a detailed description on connecting the SoluForce solutions to existing infrastructure. We also provide equipment and support. Multiple flange ratings are available. All steel parts can be produced according to your material specifications.

The SoluForce inline coupler connects two lengths of SoluForce pipe. The electrofusion inline couplings are completely non-metallic to ensure that the transported fluids never come into contact with steel.

Inline Coupling Pipe-to-Pipe

The versatile re-connectable coupling system

A stainless steel connector with an electrofusion end-fitting. This reusable solution enables the pipeline user to disassemble and reconnect the pipeline system when necessary. A PA sleve is used, ensuring the fluids never come into contact with the metal parts. The electrofusion pipe-to-pipe can also be used for the SoluForce Heavy solutions.
