SoluForce Classic: M480/M570 (ST/GT)
An excellent, flexible solution for medium pressure fluid transportation in on- and off-shore applications.
SoluForce Classic is reinforced with synthetic fiber tape. The complete system, including fittings, is fully metal free, making it ideal for the toughest and highly corrosive applications. It is also available in Gas Tight versions.
The SoluForce Classic Gas Tight (GT) pipe is designed with the needs of hydrocarbon transportation in mind. The SoluForce Classic GT has the same specifications as the Classic, but also contains an aluminum barrier layer to completely stop the permeation of hazardous and toxic components like BTX and H2S.
SoluForce Classic is also available as a Hydrogen Tight (H2T) version. Certified for maximum operating pressures of 42 bar, this system is designed to fit within existing and future hydrogen technologies and installations.
Because the SoluForce Classic system can be completely non-metallic, including the fitting system, they offer the ultimate scaling- and corrosion-free solution. Moreover, their resistance to third party interference, earthquakes and landslides has been extensively proven and verified.
For higher operating pressures and temperatures the SoluForce Heavy solutions might be more suitable. For lower operating pressures the SoluForce Light solutions might be more suitable.
Pressures and temperatures:
- M480 ST/GT (4 inch): 113 bar / 1639 psi | 85°C / 185°F
- M570 ST/GT (6 inch): 90 bar / 1305 psi | 85°C / 185°F
Pressures according to API15S in LCLRCRT. It is possible to uprate the maximum pressure in line with the maximum ambient and/or fluid temperature under which the pipeline will operate, contact us for more information.
SoluForce Classic is resistant to all chemicals involved in fluid transportation, including:
- H2S
- CO2 in any concentration or pressure
- Strong inorganic acids like HCl and H2SO4
- Strong alkaline materials, including NaOH, KOH and NH2 solutions
- Anti-corrosion additives
- Mineral salts
