Brief introduction of RTP Pipes

Such technology will eliminate all types of corrosion of flow lines, permanent leaks, all HSE related issues along with so many other benefits. SoluForce offers a range of solutions for high-pressure temperatures and H2S for the transfer of water, oil and gas. Being flexible, it is also ideal for the toughest environment. All SoluForce pipes are subject to 25 years warranty and 50 years maintenance free.

SoluForce H2T (Hydrogen Tight)
Unique in the world of hydrogen transport and a global first. It is the only Hydrogen Tight certified and approved in the whole world.
SoluForce has developed a spoolable Reinforced Thermoplastic industrial Piping system (RTP, also known as FCP) for hydrogen applications. The SoluForce RTP has been certified for hydrogen applications of up to 42 bar of operating pressure. Unique in the world of hydrogen transport and a global first. This significant milestone has a major impact on the feasibility of hydrogen, and is a new step towards a sustainable energy mix.
2. SoluForce Light: L450/L540 (ST)
Reinforced with synthetic fiber, SoluForce Light has an LCLRCRT ranging from 36 bar/522 psi up to 45 bar/653 psi. SoluForce Light provides an excellent and low cost solution for low to medium pressure.
An economically flexible solution for low to medium- pressure fluid transportation.
SoluForce Light is reinforced with synthetic fiber tape. The complete system, including fittings, is fully metal- free, making it ideal for the toughest and highly corrosive applications. SoluForce Light has all the same properties as SoluForce Classic, at lower pressures.
3. SoluForce Classic: M480/M570 (ST/GT)
An excellent, flexible solution for medium pressure fluid transportation in on- and off-shore applications.
SoluForce Classic is reinforced with synthetic fiber tape. The complete system, including fittings, is fully metal-free, making it ideal for the toughest and highly corrosive applications. It is also available in Gas Tight versions.
4. SoluForce Heavy: H415/H515 (ST/GT/HT)
Reinforce with high-strength steel wire, SoluForce Heavy has a Pburst, main ranging from 243 bar/3524 psi up to 450 bar/6527 psi. The GT (Gas Tight) version has added benefit of being non-permeable and the HT (High Temperature) version can transport fluids at temperatures of up to 105°C/225°F-a level of performance unmatched by any other flexible composite pipe available today.
